All entries are completed online.
Please respect the allocated parking areas to ensure smooth access for everyone.
Under no circumstances may a participant run under another person’s name.

Race Pack Collection

Friday from 15:00

Join us for race pack collection and kick off the weekend in style while collecting your race bag—we’re really looking forward to meeting all of you.

Food, Drinks & Amenities

A well-stocked bar will be available, offering cooldrinks, water, and a selection of alcoholic beverages.
Please note: there is no tuck shop on site, so we recommend bringing along your own snacks and treats from home.
Copperfields Catering will be serving delicious meals throughout the weekend—definitely a highlight you won’t want to miss!
A 24-hour tea and coffee station will be available, along with hot chocolate, juice, water, rusks, and biscuits.

We’ll be hosting a running shoe donation drive—please bring along any old running shoes to donate to local running clubs.

Refund/Cancellation/ and Substitution Policy

Due to the significant upfront costs involved in hosting the event, refunds are only possible if requested well in advance. Please review the policy below carefully.

Refund Policy

Full refunds are available up to two (2) months before the race date.
A full refund of the entry fee less a R350 administration fee will be issued for cancellations submitted in writing on or before midnight, 19 August 2026.
50% refunds are available one (1) month prior to the event.
No refunds will be issued within two (2) weeks of the event, unless accompanied by a valid doctor’s letter stating that participation is not permitted.

Substitutions

Substitutions are permitted and must be completed via the official online substitution process.
A R150 substitution fee applies.
No substitutions or changes will be allowed after entries close.

Entry Closing Date

Entries for Kudu Canter Trail 2026 will close at midnight on Tuesday, 15 October 2026, or earlier at the Race Organiser’s discretion if capacity is reached.
No substitutions, changes, or rollovers will be permitted after entries close.

Force Majeure

The Event Organiser accepts no liability for refunds in the event of race cancellation or disruption caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Government-imposed restrictions or lockdowns
Acts of God
War, riots, or terrorist activity
Natural disasters
Fire
Extreme or adverse weather conditions
Pandemics or similar events

In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

Should the event be cancelled for reasons outside of the above circumstances, the Event Organiser will offer a full refund less any bank charges incurred.
